Welcome to the home page of the Eugene-Springfield Lane County Human Resource Association.

The Lane County Human Resource Association is an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. The Eugene-Springfield chapter is an association for human resource professionals in mid-Oregon, with 145 members representing over 110 employers.

We are proud to be a 100% Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, the largest HR association in the country. This means every member of our local chapter is also a member of the national SHRM organization. Click here for information on joining our chapter, as well as national membership information.
